Eagle’s Nest Hike – Constantia Nek Description: > Every step is progress! The Eagle’s Nest trail is a fantastic introduction to the beauty of Table Mountain’s eastern slopes. This short but rewarding climb offers some of the best views over Constantia Valley and False Bay with minimal effort. It’s perfect for families, beginners, or those looking for a quick nature fix before coffee at the Nek.

• Point 1: The Start – Meet at the Constantia Nek parking area and begin the gentle ascent through the shaded forest paths.

• Point 2: The Climb – A steady, manageable incline on a well-marked path. We’ll take plenty of "photo breaks" to appreciate the greenery.

• Point 3: Eagle’s Nest Viewpoint – Reach the rocky outcrop for a panoramic view of the vineyards and the ocean. Time for a light snack and reflection.

• Point 4: The Descent – An easy stroll back down the same path to finish our adventure.
